Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Dublin, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The work includes providing all labor, equipment, materials, scaffolding, hoisting, and incidentals to complete the project in accordance with specifications, drawings, and applicable codes. The tasks are: remove all flooring in both the mens and womens restrooms (including locker rooms); price the removal and replacement of vestibule flooring as an add alternate (removing ceramic tile and replacing with walk-off carpet tile); remove and replace carpet on the men's room bench where exposed, leaving lockers in place; toilet partitions will be removed by others; floor plans indicate the current and new types and locations of flooring; install new sheet vinyl flooring with heat welded seams; prior moisture testing indicates no issue with installing sheet products at this location. Vendor should NOT contact any department directly with questions. All questions must be submitted by 1/26/2026 at 2:00 p.m. EST. All questions received by the deadline date will be answered and posted to the WCC Budget & Purchasing website electronic by 1/27/2026 at 2:00 p.m. EST.
