Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Dublin, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

The work includes providing all labor, equipment, materials, scaffolding, hoisting, and incidentals to complete the project in accordance with specifications, drawings, and applicable codes. The tasks are: remove all flooring in both the mens and womens restrooms (including locker rooms); price the removal and replacement of vestibule flooring as an add alternate (removing ceramic tile and replacing with walk-off carpet tile); remove and replace carpet on the men's room bench where exposed, leaving lockers in place; toilet partitions will be removed by others; floor plans indicate the current and new types and locations of flooring; install new sheet vinyl flooring with heat welded seams; prior moisture testing indicates no issue with installing sheet products at this location. Vendor should NOT contact any department directly with questions. All questions must be submitted by 1/26/2026 at 2:00 p.m. EST. All questions received by the deadline date will be answered and posted to the WCC Budget & Purchasing website electronic by 1/27/2026 at 2:00 p.m. EST. All work shall adhere to all specifications as outlined in the Contract Documents and Bid Drawings. To remove all flooring in both the men's and women's restrooms that includes the locker rooms. B. The vestibules will be priced as add alternate, to remove the ceramic tile and to replace it with walk-off carpet tile. C. The men's room has a carpeted bench. The carpet on the bench will be removed where exposed and replaced with new carpet. Lockers will remain in place. D. Toilet partitions will be removed by others. E. Floor plans note what type of flooring is currently in each area of the restrooms. Dimensions and sq ft numbers are noted. F. The new floor plan also notes what type and where new flooring will be installed. G. New flooring will be a sheet vinyl product that will have heat welded seams. H. The floor has been moisture tested already. There is no issue with installing sheet products in this location.
