Project No 527626 - upgrades, repairs and improvements to the owner's Yvette-Boucher-Rousseau building located at at 200 Belvédère North Street, Sherbrooke (Quebec) J1H 4A9. The scope of work includes interior and exterior renovation and upgrades. TIMELINE: Following the requests for proposals 44544959 /20116673 and 44545717 /20117791 the owner has awarded a structural and a mechanical and electrical engineering professional consultants to complete design and construction work monitoring and is finalizing agreements with an architectural architectural consultant pre-selected following the RFP 44544958/20109952. Preliminary studies and conceptual design are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in late spring 2026 after award of a complete design team. Further update at that time.
