Description

The Contractor shall fulfill the duties and responsibilities as outlined in Schedule “B” and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement. The City will not provide any workspace, equipment, or resources for use by the Contractor in performing the work. The Contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, manpower, and facilities to perform the work. The Contractor shall provide proof of required qualifications and participate in any training deemed necessary by the City. The Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for additional expenses incurred in carrying out the work. The work must be performed personally by the Contractor and cannot be subcontracted or assigned without prior written consent of the City. The Contractor must issue proper invoices at least monthly and will be compensated as a percentage split of all building and plumbing permit revenue, with payments structured by permit issuance and closure. The Contractor is responsible for their own transportation and no vehicle compensation will be provided unless otherwise stated. The City reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.
