Delivery of 2" Crusher Run (Crush and Run) and #131 Screenings (3/8" minus) shall be made to designated Government sites according to the delivery schedule established at award. The contractor must coordinate all delivery dates and times with the Government point of contact at least 48 hours in advance to ensure site access and proper placement of materials. All aggregate materials must be delivered clean, uncontaminated, and deposited only in locations identified by the Government. Materials must remain protected during transport to prevent contamination from debris, moisture, or environmental exposure. Each load must arrive free of foreign materials and meet all specification requirements at delivery. The contractor shall provide load tickets for every truckload delivered, including gross, tare, and net weight; date and time of loading; quarry or pit source; material type; and truck identification. Load tickets must be submitted at the time of delivery for verification. Additional documentation may be requested by the Government to confirm delivered quantities. The contractor is responsible for selecting appropriate delivery vehicles, ensuring safe site access, maneuverability, and unloading without damaging Government property or creating unsafe conditions. All necessary equipment for offloading must be provided by the contractor, as no Government equipment or personnel will assist. Offloading must be performed safely and efficiently without impeding public access or disrupting recreational activities. Deliveries shall occur during normal business hours unless otherwise approved. Delivery operations must not interfere with public use of surrounding areas. Any material delivered outside the approved timeframe or in noncompliant condition may be rejected at no cost to the Government. The contractor must promptly remove and replace rejected material and restore any disturbed areas to their original condition. All performance obligations, including cleanup and site restoration, must be completed prior to final acceptance. Quantity: 3,374 tons of Crush and Run and 3,374 tons of Screenings. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Technical Acceptability requires compliance with USACE specifications, GDOT and SCDOT standards, material quality, delivery and documentation requirements, and confirmation of suitable delivery vehicles and equipment. Past Performance requires evidence of delivering at least 6,748 tons of aggregate within one month to a single location within the past five years. Among technically acceptable offers with passing past performance, award will be made to the lowest-priced offer.
