Site work for a water / sewer project in Willard, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
South Willard Well Equipping The Project includes the following Work: Installing a CMU well house, interior well piping and equipment, well pump and motor in an existing well casing, HVAC system, electrical system, standby generator, buried piping, concrete work, site grading, and connection to existing piping. A. The South Willard Well Equipping Site consists of: o All piping, valves, and fittings required to construct the well house. o All earthwork required to grade the site, access road, ditch, and pump-to-waste pond. o Installation of new water and drain piping as well as electrical conduit. o Connection to existing piping as directed. B. The Well House includes: o Construction of a new CMU well house, vertical turbine well pump w/ VFD, process piping and appurtenances. o Chlorine injection system. o Installation of electrical, heating, and air conditioning system. o Installation of a backup generator and automatic transfer switch that is provided by Owner. o Sub-contracting and coordination with SCADA provider. C. The Contractor is required to install and maintain proper signage as required to direct public traffic. Question Deadline 02/05/2026 Submit questions via procurement website . Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Work will be substantially complete on or before Oct 15, 2026 ; Final completion- Nov 15, 2026
