Scope of work: - Provide the crane and operator to perform required lifting duties. - Lockout power to the rooftop unit. - Disconnect the unit and prep for its removal. - Lift the old unit off the roof then lift the new unit to the roof and set on the existing curb. - Install new economizer and smoke detector in the new unit. - Start the new unit. Cycle the heat and air conditioning to verify proper operation. - Dispose of any work-related materials. - 1-year free maintenance. 1 visit for air conditioning and 1 visit for heating.
