Sealed proposals will be received for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to construct POWER DUCT - SECTION II for Sanitary and Improvement District 623, Douglas County, Nebraska, according to the plans and specifications at the locations shown on the detailed drawings and in the specifications. All proposals must be submitted on furnished bid forms and accompanied by an original bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than $30,150.00 as security that the awarded bidder will enter into a contract and provide a contract and maintenance bond of 100% of the total contract price. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked "PROPOSAL FOR POWER DUCT - SECTION II" with the bidder's name and address. The bid security must be in a separate sealed envelope attached to the proposal envelope and marked "BID SECURITY" with the project identified. The work is to be done under written contract with the lowest acceptable responsible bidder as per requirements of the plans and specifications and applicable law. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
