This project includes improvements to the Industrial Park, Sherman, Beach, and Barney lift stations. Industrial Park scope includes removing and replacing electrical and controls, replacing the wet well vent, replacing piping and valves from pump base through the valve chamber, and all associated work including surface restoration, HMA, and concrete. Sherman work involves removing and replacing electrical and controls, replacing the wet well vent, replacing piping and valves from pump base through the valve chamber, replacing the debris basket, installing a safety grate on the wet well hatch, and all other associated work including surface restoration and concrete. Beach station improvements include replacement of the relay panel, retrofitting a safety grate on the wet well, installing a valve chamber sump pump, resealing and coating the control panel, installing lifting chains and pressure gauges, and all other associated work. Barney work includes resealing and coating the control panel, installing lifting chains and pressure gauges, and all associated work. The City of Muskegon reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and make the award in any manner deemed in its best interest.
