Grading The work covered by these specifications and drawings shall consist of all materials, transportation costs, equipment, and tools that are related to, or are to be incorporated in this contract and must be received, unloaded, stored, installed, erected, service connections provided, and coordinated with the construction by the CONTRACTOR under this contract. Installation of equipment and materials shall mean furnishing of all labor and materials as required to place the improvements in successful operation. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for all equipment and materials and shall replace at his own expense all such equipment and materials found defective in manufacture or damaged in handling after delivery by the manufacturer. This work shall consist of the construction of concrete sidewalks, driveways and dividing strips in accordance with these specifications and in reasonably close conformity with the lines, grades and typical cross-sections shown on the plans or established by the ENGINEER. Question Deadline 01/29/2026 Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the specifications shall be submitted in writing to the OWNER through the Engineer at least seven (7) days prior to opening of bids to provide time for issuing and forwarding an addendum. Any interpretation of the contract documents will be made only by addendum duly issued or delivered by the OWNER to each person receiving a set of documents.
