ADELAIDE PROJECT NO.: RON-MF: 22064.00-IN Sealed bids are requested for separate contracts for Construction Work, HVAC Work, Plumbing Work, and Electrical Work for the rehabilitation of the 17th Floor, Adam C. Powell State Office Building, 163 W. 125th Street, New York, NY. Each bid must follow the Instructions to Bidders and be accompanied by a bid security. Successful bidders must provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond for 100% of the contract amount, within specified contract value ranges. All bidders must comply with State Finance Law 139-j and 139-k, including restrictions on communications during the procurement period. The substantial completion date is set at 681 days after the agreement is approved. Bidders are urged but not required to attend the one scheduled pre-bid site visit. Goals for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB) participation are established, and all bidders must make good faith efforts to comply. The Office of General Services reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
