Construction of a new fire hall. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals is underway, inviting qualified Consultants or firms to submit Proposals for the services of Owner's Advisor on the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) of a new Firehall, as further described in the RFP's Part A: The Services. The Services. Responsibilities, as further detailed herein, will include: assisting the City in the procurement of the IPD team, including the General Contractor and Architect; organization and facilitation of IPD meetings; and coaching, mentorship, and training to both Owner and non-owner parties of IPD tools and techniques. Further update in spring 2026, pending selection of a preferred proponent.
