Site work for a water / sewer project in Apex, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are requested for providing labor, material, and equipment for the construction of an expansion of the landfill gas collection system at the South Wake Landfill in Apex, NC. The work includes installation of 8 landfill gas extraction wells and dual extraction wellheads, 3 horizontal collector wells, approximately 3,600 linear feet of below-grade HDPE collection piping and forcemain/pneumatic supply piping, and related site work. Additional scope of work includes related surveying, disruption and repair of exposed geomembrane cap, cleaning of select condensate sumps/wells, as well as erosion and sediment controls. Bids will be received under the Single-Prime bidding method only. Bids must be submitted on the standard form provided in the Project Manual. Questions must be received by the end of the business day on January 29, 2026.
