Renovation of an educational facility in Scottsville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Qualified bidders may submit bids for general construction for the 2025-26 Capital Outlay Project at the Wheatland-Chili Central School District's Junior Senior High School. The project consists of corridor wall tile, corridor locker painting (Alternate 1), and corridor locker mechanism replacements (Alternate 2). The project cost range is anticipated to be under $90,000. Bids will be received for a single prime general contractor. Bid security of 5% of the bid amount is required. Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend a pre-bid meeting and are recommended to be familiar with the contract documents beforehand. The bidding documents will be available from CPL and several plan houses. The successful bidder shall begin the work upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and must complete the work within the contract time. Bidders are required to comply with sales tax exemption, employment conditions, minimum wage rates, and must submit documentation for qualification, including bonding, insurance, financial statements, references, and work history. New York State prevailing wage and supplement requirements must be followed. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities and reject any or all bids.
