Description

Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Martinez, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a medical facility.

Furnish all design, labor, materials, transportation, and required engineering services to provide firm-fixed-price design-build services for replacing the Martinez DI system with a new RO system. Work includes designing and installing tieback roof anchors in Building 1 in accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications, and drawings. All work must comply with applicable regulations, wage determinations, and design-build procedures outlined in FAR Part 15 and FAR Part 36. The requirement is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and offerors must be verified in SBA DSBS at the time of proposal submission and prior to award. A site visit will be scheduled following completion of Phase One. Offerors must submit questions using the required RFI form and include a signed VAAR 852.219-75 with the proposal. An offer guarantee is required in Phase II of the solicitation. The period of performance is 210 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Location: Martinez VA Medical Center, 150 Muir Road, Martinez, CA 94553 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
