The County of Newell is seeking a qualified Consultant to provide professional engineering services under a standing offer agreement for a term from March 12, 2026, to December 31, 2028, with the option to extend by mutual agreement. Services may include, but are not limited to: assessment, investigation, design, tendering, recommending, grant application support, supervision of work, inspecting, and other engineering-related tasks as they relate to paved highways in the County of Newell. Qualified engineering firms are to prepare and submit a formal response in accordance with the requirements outlined. The selected firm will assist the County in managing hamlet infrastructure within the region.
