Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Centerville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a 17,700-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of the removal and replacement of 8,900 linear feet of curb and 17,700 square feet of sidewalk, including other miscellaneous items related to concrete rehabilitation. Each bidder must furnish a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, with security furnished in bond form by a surety company licensed in Ohio. Proposals must include the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested. Bidders are required to submit evidence of their experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The project must be completed by June 15, 2026. All contractors and subcontractors must use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor to the extent practicable. Payment of Prevailing Wages is required. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders must ensure non-discrimination in employment based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
