MD 290 from end of bridge structure to MD 291/River Road (MP 0.03 to MP 1.11) NOT ON NHS - Project location completion within 30 working days and within the dates of Contract NTP to June 30, 2026. MD 305 from US 301 to Dean Road (MP 2.99 to MP 5.08) NOT ON NHS - Project location completion within 30 working days and within the dates of July 1, 2026 to December 1, 2026 Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre-Bid Conference has not been scheduled for this Project Classification: E - $2,500,001 to $5,000,000 In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, no bid, performance or payment bonds are required for bids less than $100,000.00. However, bids $100,000.00 and above will not be considered unless a Bid Security is submitted as outlined in the Invitation for Bids.
