The Vendor shall supply all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, apparatus, and services necessary for the manufacture, assembly, and delivery of new air handling equipment; and is responsible for the safe, proper, and satisfactory performance of their equipment. The new air handling equipment includes: a new replacement air handler for existing indoor supply unit S-4 as specified and scheduled; a new replacement air handler for indoor supply unit S-5 and as specified and scheduled; and a new replacement indoor return-relief fan R-3 as specified and scheduled. The apparent low bidder will be required to submit preliminary shop drawings of the equipment which is their basis for the bid to the A/E for confirmation that it meets the specifications prior to award. The supplier of the equipment under this contract will be expected to work closely with the Contractor and subcontractors regarding delivery, acceptance, installation, advisement, and warranty work. This is an early equipment procurement package. Instructions to Bidders are available in the Project Manual with the Bidding Documents. Bids will only be received and accepted via the electronic bid service through QuestCDN.
