Kensington Health is seeking qualified design-build firms to provide integrated design-build services for a phased spa room renovation program at its long-term care facilities in Toronto. The scope includes design development, permitting, construction, and project management for the renovation of up to fourteen spa bathing rooms. The renovations will be delivered on a phased, call-up basis, with no guaranteed volume. Bidders should have experience in renovation projects within occupied healthcare or long-term care environments. Proponents are encouraged to submit proposals that demonstrate relevant experience.
