The City is requesting detailed submissions from qualified and experienced suppliers to provide municipal park benches and picnic tables. Anticipated quantities per item are listed for three years, with actual quantities for the first year and forecasted quantities for the next two years subject to fluctuation based on demand and budget. Order quantities for subsequent years will be determined annually with purchase orders issued to the successful supplier(s) for the required quantities. All prices are to be F.O.B freight prepaid to the City Service Center. The delivery truck method must accommodate unloading with a skid steer. Bench and picnic table types must align with detailed guidelines for municipal suitability, installation options, material specifications, durability, environmental consciousness, color availability, and warranty requirements. Respondents must provide product specification information, warranty coverage, and photographs for each proposed furnishing type. The initial agreement term is three years, with two optional one-year extension periods at the City’s discretion. Pricing must be all-inclusive and held firm, with allowances for reasonable inflation. The City reserves rights regarding award basis, contract terms, and project scope adjustments. Mandatory submission requirements include a schedule of prices, bid specifications, acknowledgments related to agreement, licensing, insurance, and terms.
