Tender for the supply and delivery of two (2) floor scrubbers. Bidders must submit a complete bid in accordance with the instructions, the form of tender, the tender notice, the specifications, and the special provisions. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Bidding System by the closing date and time stated in the Request for Tenders. Only registered plan takers are eligible to download documents, receive notifications, and submit bids electronically. All work must be conducted in a safe manner and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Bidders must use only new, first class materials, and employ properly qualified workers. The successful bidder will provide all materials, labour, equipment, services, and incidentals required to complete the work and will be held responsible for the faithful and proper performance of all aspects of the contract. No bid or performance security is required for this tender. There are no scheduled site meetings. All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted through the Bidding System. All prices are to be quoted exclusive of Value Added Taxes, and bidders shall expressly disclose any other applicable taxes or duties. Bids submitted in formats other than those specified or not using the provided documents will be automatically rejected.
