Renovation of a municipal facility in Hyannis, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Procurement Office on behalf of the Department of Public Works is requesting bids for the FY26 Town Hall Elevator Replacement project. Bid specifications and bid documents are available only on the Town's online Procurement Portal. Hard copy bids are not accepted. Filed Sub Bids are required for Elevators, HVAC, and Electrical work. Only bids received through the town's online procurement portal will be accepted. 100% Payment and 100% Performance Bonds are required. A 5% Bid Bond is required. Full compliance with Federal, State and Municipal wage laws is required. Certification of OSHA Training is required. General bidders must be certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for General Building Construction. Filed Sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for Elevators, HVAC, and Electrical categories. All bids are subject to the provisions of applicable Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149 and others. The Town of Barnstable reserves the right to waive any formalities, reject any or all bids, or waive any formalities in the best interest of the Town.
