FPID No.: 451774-1-54-01 I Grant No.: H2587-25DB-NO2 Jim Godwin Road from SR 71 to the End of Pavement and Over Stafford Creek Sealed bids are requested for the resurfacing and rehabilitation of Jim Godwin Road from State Road 71 to the End of Pavement, and for the construction of a new box culvert on Jim Godwin Road at Stafford Creek. The roadway project includes approximately 887.9 tons of asphalt pavement, 3,316 square yards of base, and 48 linear feet of drainage pipe with 6 mitered end sections. The structures project includes approximately 123 cubic yards of Class IV concrete and 25,340 pounds of reinforcing steel. Bids are to be submitted for a single prime contract on a unit price basis, but the award will be based on the lump sum of the unit prices for both projects. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders. Prospective bidders may obtain the bidding documents as PDF files e-mailed free of charge from the issuing office. Partial sets of bidding documents will not be available from the issuing office, and neither the owner nor the engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding documents obtained from sources other than the issuing office. Question Deadline 02/17/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
