Reference Number 0000410082 Oakland University William Beaumont (OUWB) School of Medicine is soliciting proposals from qualified audiovisual integration contractors to upgrade and modernize two lecture halls--Rooms 203 and 204--located in O'Dowd Hall, 486 Pioneer Drive, Rochester, Michigan. The intent of this project is to enhance instructional technology capabilities to align with current learning and conferencing needs, ensuring reliable integration with recording, streaming, and collaboration platforms such as Panopto and Zoom. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing installation, programming, and configuration services for both rooms, incorporating owner-furnished equipment, new components, and updated control and audio systems. This upgrade will support a flexible, high-quality audiovisual environment that facilitates medical education, guest lectures, and interactive learning sessions. See Appendix A for the full equipment list. - Additional network drops need to be identified by the contractor, OUWB will provide them. - The contractor will provide required cables to connect equipment together and equipment to network drops. - The contractor will remove obsolete equipment and place it in a specific location for Oakland University's disposal process. - Any issue with owner furnished equipment will be taken care of by the owner, when the contractor informs the owner of the issue. Contractors will be held harmless for delays caused by defective owner furnished equipment that was timely reported.
