Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Kansas, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Description of Work to be Performed in accordance with these Specifications is included, but not limited to: A. Preliminary Site Work: B. Foundation: C. Building: D. Plumbing: E. HVAC: F. Electrical: G. Final Site Improvements: In the event that the outline of work or the project specifications inadvertently omit some of the usual and customary work, auxiliary equipment or materials required for satisfactory completion of the project, the contractor shall include these items in his bid. The contractor will be assumed to be experienced and qualified contractor in this type of work, and to have studied the purpose and intent of the work to be done. The work includes the fabrication, erection, and shop painting of structural steel. Provide in accordance with AISC "Manual of Steel Construction" except as specified herein. In the AISC "Manual of Steel Construction" referred to herein, the "Specification for the Design, Fabrication, and Erection of Structural Steel for Buildings," the "Code of Standard Practice for Steel Buildings and Bridges," and Structural Joints Using ASTM A325 or A490 Bolts" shall be considered a part thereto.
