Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
The Goals Applicable to this contract are: 30% MBE and 7% WBE (with no subgoals) The project consists of Chiller, Boiler and Fan Coil Unit Replacement, new BAS System. The work includes Chiller and Boiler Replacement. New pumps and auxiliary equipment as part of the main equipment replacement. New fan coil units throughout facility and instructional spaces. New fan arrays and BAS system. New supply and return fans.
