Reference Number 0000417008 The Scope of Work of this Contract consists of repairing pre-cast concrete panels, cast-in-place concrete columns, and grout packs at bearing points of cast-in-place columns as well as installing new corner guards and flashings on the pre-cast concrete panels for two adjoined buildings at the Transfort Maintenance Facility located at 6570 Portner Rd in Fort Collins, CO 80525. All questions should be submitted, in writing via email, to Dennis Ralph at dralph@fcgov.com, no later than 3:00 PM MT on May 18, 2026. Please format your e-mail to include: Bid 10284 Transfort Precast Repair in the subject line. Bid security in the amount of not less than 5% of the total Bid must accompany each Bid in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of forty-five (45) days after the date fixed for opening Bids. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein.
