The project consists of extensive interior finish upgrades, new interior gang restrooms, existing restroom finish and partition/accessory replacement, structural modifications at rooftop equipment and interior/exterior openings, some typical casework and all lab casework/equipment replacement, plumbing fixture and appurtenance replacement along with some waste main replacement, HVAC equipment and controls replacement, lighting replacement and select gear/panel replacement, special systems upgrades, fire alarm upgrade/replacement, and exterior courtyard renovations. This package excludes work previously bid and awarded for HVAC equipment purchase. Remaining work bidding in this package is comprised of all sitework and typical building construction scopes. Proposals must be emailed, delivered, or faxed on or before the deadline specified. All questions must be submitted directly to American Constructors. Official answers to questions will be released by addendum only. Any answers, verbal or otherwise from American Constructors, the Architect, Consultants, or owner does not release the subcontractor from the requirements of the bid documents.
