Renovation of an office development in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,175-square-foot, two-story above grade office development.

The work consists of interior renovation to 9,175 square feet on the third and fifth floors. It includes demolition of drywall partitions with doors and hollow metal frames, removal and reinstallation of plastic laminate casework with modifications, and acoustic ceiling system modifications to accommodate new layout and access work above ceiling. Partitions are metal stud and drywall with wood doors in hollow metal frames with glass lites. Finish work includes wall base, carpet tiles, corner guards, casework modifications, and ceiling tiles. Electrical work involves removal and installation of power and data sensors to accommodate the renovation layout, as well as removal and reinstallation or new light fixtures, exit lights, occupancy sensors, fire alarms, and smoke detectors. Mechanical work consists of duct and piping modifications, new VAVs equipment, relocation or new supply diffusers and return grilles. Fire protection work includes piping modifications, removal and relocation of sprinkler heads, and new sprinkler heads to accommodate the renovation layout. Work by owner includes items such as wireless access points, door hardware core order, HVAC controls and programming, card access device, rubber wall base material, painting, and carpet material provision.
