Renovation of an educational facility in Dighton, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The proposed project consists of removing existing variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems and replacing the system with gas-fired DX equipment. The upgrades will require HVAC, electrical, ceiling, roofing, controls, sheetrock and paint work renovations. The Board anticipates awarding to the successful CMAR firm by February 20th, 2026, and work pre-construction work shall begin immediately. Any attempt to contact anyone affiliated with the USD 482 and/or Selection Committee regarding this process, prior to determination of award by the Board, will be grounds for removal from consideration by the Selection Committee and the Board. Qualifications must be received on or before the closing time on the closing date indicated above. USD 482 reserves the right to reject any or all Qualifications, refuse to waive errors or omissions in any proposal, extend the time for submission of proposals, or to withdraw this request at any time. Bid date notes: Interested CMAR vendors shall submit eight (8) copies of it's Statement of Qualifications in sealed packaging.
