Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lebanon, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of February 25, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Sealed bids are requested from qualified vendors for the resurfacing of parking lots for the Wilson County Buildings Department. All interested vendors must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bids must be sealed and will be opened and read aloud before interested parties at the Wilson County Finance Department. The Finance Director/Purchasing Agent reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept any portion of any bid, or to accept a bid other than the lowest cost that meets specifications. No person shall be excluded or discriminated against under this program based on race, color, or national origin. Question Deadline 02/05/2026 Any questions concerning the bid documents must be received by the designer no less than 96 hours before bid opening . Bidders will use the Wilson County Road Commission's asphalt prices for this project . All concrete will be installed at a minimum thickness of 6 " , reinforced with steel as required for strength and longevity . Surfaces will be finished with a professional broom texture for slip resistance . Work area will be kept clean and safe throughout the duration of the project LOCATION NUMBER 1 UT /TSU Extension Office , Wilson County 925 East Baddour PKWY Lebanon , TN o Remove Wheel Stops . Mill , clean and haul 1026 sq yds existing Asphalt , 3" on average 22 ' wide around the building . o Reshape existing stone around back and on south side to improve water issuesin these areas Remove 10 ' x 4 ' cold mix in the front southwest area of lot and replace with asphalt Apply 4687 sq yds Tack Coat . Place 4,687 sq yds E surface mix at 2". Place up to 2" BM in milled area 1,026 sq yds . Sweep and Clean entire lot . o Stripe per existing layout . o Reset Wheel Stops . oNo signs needed . If Wheel Stops need to be replaced for any reason , we need a cost per stop plus installation . LOCATION NUMBER 2 Wilson County Emergency Management Agency Headquarters and Training Center 110/115 Oak Street Lebanon , TN Mill off 2,247 sq yds down to stone . o Shape up stone on lot . Haul off material . . Demo concrete pad (may be demoed before job bids out ). Repair concrete at loading dock and ramp at left bay entrance in front of shop . Current stone area is to be graded hauled off and base stone as needed . Clean out area at dumpster to drain water to ditch . Grades will need to be shot as a flume , or pipe may be needed . Concrete Swale Installation (in front of shop ) Install a 3' wide concrete swale , approximately 25 ' long , running from the parking lot to the existing drain . Swale will be graded to ensure proper water flow and finished for both functionality and aesthetics . On the front left side of the HQ building , build a ridge against the building so water does not run under the block where an old garage door used to be . Place 2,247 sq yds BM binder mix at 2.5 " o Apply Tack Coat . Place 2,247 sq yds E Surface mix at 1.5 " Stripe to current layout and add stripping in front of Maintenance shop ramps for NO PARKING . Install 8 -wheel stops . Alternate # 1 o Shape existing stone and add up to 4" for 1090 sq yds Place 1090 Sq yds BM binder mix at 2.5 " . . Apply 1090 sq yds Tack Coat . Place 1090 sq yds E Surface Mix at 1.5 " . No Stripes in alternate . Concrete Scope of work . Entrance Ramp Repair Far Left Bay o Carefully remove and replace approximately 7' x 18' sections of the existing concrete ramp at the front of the building . . Haul off all debris . A new concrete ramp will be formed , poured , and finished to meet current standards , ensuring durability and a clean appearance . Rear Bay Ramp Replacement Demolish and remove the existing single bay concrete ramp at the back of the Headquarters building . Remove asphalt in are on back side and add concrete to tie into new concrete ramp and HVAC pad . (look at on walk through ) Form , pour , and finish a new reinforced concrete ramp , designed for heavy -duty use and long -term stability All concrete will be installed at a minimum thickness of 6 " , reinforced with steel as required for strength and longevity . Surfaces will be finished with a professional broom texture for slip resistance . Work area will be kept clean and safe throughout the duration of the project . WEMA Training Center Shape up stone and add stone to gravel area at back fence . Widen right hand side of drive isle to the back 2 to 3 ' . Mill , clean , and haul 2,186 sq yds existing Asphalt to Stone . o Shape up stone Place 2,486 sq yds BM Mix at 2.5 " . Apply Tack Coat Place 2486 sq . yds E Surface Mix at 1.5 ". o Stripe per existing layout . Install 13 -Wheel Stops .
