CR#:2130875 The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number 391017, titled REPLACE BOILERS IN DONOVAN AND KUNSELA HALLS and carry out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: _ The removal of existing steam boilers and associated equipment at Kunsela Hall. _ The removal of existing steam boilers and associated equipment at Donovan Hall. _ The installation of new hot water boilers and associated equipment at Kunsela Hall. _ The installation of new hot water boilers and associated equipment at Donovan Hall. _ The replacement of an air handler unit at the Kunsela Hall Auditorium.
