Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Rumsey, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,960-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
Starland County has erected a pole shed in Rumsey and is seeking proposals from contractors to complete the building so it may be utilized to store equipment. Structure is 55'x 72' with the layout consisting of three bays. Concrete floor (6" thick) will be completed by another contractor who was awarded the first phase of the build. Work that will need to be completed include insulating and interior finish of the structure. Utility servicing for power and gas, bringing the existing services to location and connecting the building. Both power and gas are located on the perimeter of the lot. Required interior and exterior fixtures are shown in accompanying drawings.
