As of February 26, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission (PBRPC) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the Office Renovations RE-BID project. Proposals are to be submitted to JSA Architects, 415 N. Jackson Ave., Odessa, Texas, before 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2026. A Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) will be required for all bids. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a general contract with Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission. Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required by Owner upon contract execution. Faxed proposals from proposers will not be accepted. Question Deadline 02/02/2026 All questions requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the Architect at least three days prior to the date for receipt of Proposal. Project must be Substantially Complete on or before three hundred twenty (320) Calendar Days from the date of Notice to Proceed
