The County makes no guarantee for an annual quantity of leachate. This contract is for leachate hauling and disposal services. Historically, the estimated annual amount of leachate is approximately 16,000,000 gallons. The vendor shall haul, treat, and dispose of an average of 340,000 gallons per week minimum when activated. The vendor shall provide all leachate hauling services at and from the Landfill site during the following operating hours: Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday operating hours must be approved by the County Project Manager prior to proceeding. Question Submission Deadline:February 5, 2026, 11:49pm Questions and exceptions concerning any section of this Solicitation and any attachments/exhibits shall be directed through the question and answer section of the County's eProcurement Portal. The County is looking to promote partnership relationships within the policies and procedures of public procurement. Pursuant toward that end, the successful Respondent shall be awarded an Agreement for an initial three (3) year term with the option for two (2) subsequent one (1) year renewals. All renewals will be contingent upon mutual written agreement and, when applicable, approval of County Council.
