Site work and new construction of a civil project in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plan to construct Harvest Green Water Plant No. 1 - Phase 2. The work includes the construction of one 635,000 gallon precast, prestressed concrete ground storage tank including foundation; one 20,000 gallon hydropneumatic tank including foundation; one 1,000 gpm booster pump including foundation; plant piping, valves, fittings, thrust blocks, and pipe supports; one 125kW diesel stand-by generator including slab; electrical and control work; protective coating for all facilities; hydro-mulch seeding; and all items needed for a completely functional water plant facility. The project is located at 4740 1/2 Harvest Corner Drive, Richmond, Texas 77406 in Fort Bend County (F.B.C. Key Map 526-Y). Question Deadline 02/09/2026 at 10:00 AM CT submit questions about bidding instruments to the Engineer. Questions will not be considered after 10:00 A.M., three (3) business days prior to bidding
