Only Canadian IBM Value Added Resellers (VARs) may submit a response to this Tender call. Authorized VARs must provide written proof of their authorization by IBM in order for their Bidder submission to be considered. Prices shall be quoted in Canadian dollars, F.O.B Destination, Freight Prepaid and shall be all inclusive of duty, custom clearances, exchange, installation (if specified), environmental fees, and all other charges, except HST. Bidders must not enter $0.00 unless providing the item at zero dollars. If a line item or table is non-mandatory and not being bid on, leave it blank. Contracted employees, third party employees, agents, and others who deal with members of the public on behalf of the Region of Peel or participate in the development of policies must meet the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act 2005 and its Regulations. Bidders must submit documentation of their training in this regard upon request. Bidders must declare any potential conflict of interest. Only bids with the required documentation and compliance will be considered.
