* Award subject to final approval. The project involves the removal and reinstallation of a roof system and metal roof seam joint repairs for the Town's Community Service Department. Bidders must have relevant experience in similar work and are required to submit their tenders by the specified closing date. All details for the project are provided in the attached specifications and roof plans. Bidders must attend a mandatory site meeting and be satisfied with the local conditions before submitting their tenders. Required submission documents include the Form of Tender, Schedule of Items and Prices, Bidder Information Form, and References Form. The Town reserves the right to reject any incomplete or non-compliant tenders and will evaluate submissions based on compliance, experience, and other factors. The successful bidder will be responsible for all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents. The scope of work includes the removal of the existing roof system on the Friendship Centre and supply and installation of a new built-up roofing system, as well as repair of a lap joint on the steel roof over the Blue Rink. Cash allowances are provided for the removal and replacement of damaged or deteriorated gypsum board. The successful bidder must comply with all safety, insurance, and regulatory requirements, supply references, and agree to the Town's terms and conditions for contract execution and performance.
