Reference Number 0000410119 Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (RMMA), a division of the Jefferson County Department of Development and Transportation, is soliciting bids for asphalt crack repairs on Runway 12L/30R connectors. Work is divided into two (2) schedules: Project Block Dates: June 15 - July 31, 2026 (must be completed within dates) Schedule 1 Partial Depth Crack Repairs Schedule 2 Crack Routing and Sealing. Total bid amounts cannot be adjusted after submittal to incorporate these costs. The County of Jefferson, Colorado, reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received which are inconsequential or immaterial in nature, and to approve awards in total or in part, whichever, in its judgment best serves the interests of Jefferson County, Colorado. The County reserves the right to base the suitability of the award on factors other than lowest price.
