As of May 26, 2026, construction is underway. This project consists of construction of a new elementary school with a combined area of approximately 78,460 square feet. Work Included in this Offering: We are presently soliciting competitive "Lump Sum Bids" for the following portions of work as defined herein. 1. All portions of the Work as defined in Section 00 2400: a. 1-E Construction Fence and Barrier Package b. 2-A Building Demolition Package c. 3-A Building Concrete Package d. 3-B Precast Hollow Core - Material Only Package e. 3-C Precast Stairs - Material Only Package f. 4-D Masonry Package g. 5-A Structural Steel - Material Only Package h. 5-B Precast Hollow Core, Structural Steel, & Glue-Laminated Beams - Erection Package i. 6-B Glued-Laminated Construction - Material Only Package j. 7-E Metal Roofing Package k. 7-F Metal Wall Panel and Soffits Package l. 7-H EPDM Roofing Package m. 8-F Entrances, Storefronts, & Curtainwalls Package n. 14-B Elevator Package o. 31-A Site Clearing and Earthwork Package p. 31-C Rammed Aggregate Piers Package q. 32-A Asphalt Paving Package (Alternate) r. 32-B Site Paving Package s. 32-F Irrigation and Landscape Package t. 33-A Site Utility Package Previously Issued Work: The following portions of Work have already been bid and awarded: Precast Wall Panel Package (BP-1) Future Work: The following portions of Work are anticipated to be issued at a later date: 1. Interior Finishes & MEP (BP-3) Project is open for all qualified bidders. Question Deadline 02/06/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Questions shall be submitted to Kraus-Anderson Construction Company at Mike Barsness, Senior Project Manager Kraus-Anderson Construction Company 1100 Northern Pacific Avenue #201 Fargo, ND 58102 Phone: 701-595-2006 Bid Security: Not Required. The work will be constructed in one (1) phase in accordance with the Project Schedule utilizing multiple bid packages over the next three (3) months. Kraus-Anderson reserves the right to request additional information to clarify the Bidder's financial capability, technical experience, ability to successfully staff project, and comply with safety and employment requirements.
