Renovation of an educational facility in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of February 25, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 3, 2026.** The owner is seeking to enter a contract with a general contractor for renovations and improvements primarily consisting of replacement of the HVAC controls system, the replacement of selected HVAC equipment, the installation of additional HVAC equipment, and the structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection and architectural renovations necessary to support the new HVAC work. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a certified check or Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Please note State of Michigan Prevailing Wage requirements apply to this project and contractor compliance will be required. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
