Renovation of a water / sewer project in Milford Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Beaumaris Dock is located at 1216 Beaumaris Rd., Milford Bay, Lake Muskoka, within the Township of Muskoka Lakes. The wooden dock shall be rehabilitated (yellow section in Schedule A), including the removal of the existing dock decking, timber stringers and cribs to a point where the existing cribs can be salvaged. Rebuild cribs and/or install sets of piles with steel crossers where required for support. An average of 40-foot length of piling shall be used for bidding purposes. Small bridge to the right to be removed. Bids will be received on or before 2:00 p.m., local time, February 5, 2026, as determined by the time/date stamp clock in the location receiving the bids. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Documents are available at https://www.muskokalakes.ca/township-hall/bids-and-tenders/ Question Deadline 01/29/2026 Inquiries must be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the submission deadline or as amended by addendum. The deadline for the posting of addenda is no later than three (3) business days prior to submission deadline or as amended by addendum.
