HVAC Chiller Maintenance. Bidders must submit the following documents with their bids: 1% Subcontractors List, 1st Tier Subcontractors, 5% Subcontractors List, Background Information, Company Profile, Conflict of Interest & Litigation Statement, Disclosure of Ownership & Principals, LVCVA Project Workforce Checklist, Schedule of Values, Signature Page, Affidavit Pertaining to Preference Eligibility (if applicable), and an Equipment List. Bidders are also required to adhere to the 2026 Prevailing Wage Rates for the Clark County Region. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and job walk. Attendance will be recorded at the start of the pre-bid conference and job walk. Participation in the pre-bid conference and job walk constitutes consent to being recorded. Bidders will meet Authority personnel in front of Freight Door 12 as shown on the LVCC Parking Directions map provided in the attachments tab. The bid opening will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
