The City will procure a turnkey Design-Build contractor to design/engineer, permit, furnish, deliver, and erect a pre-engineered metal building, along with all associated work required to provide a complete police storage facility. The Design-Build contractor shall provide sealed engineering for the metal building and the foundation/slab/anchors, coordinate with the City's Building Services Department for permitting, and construct the project to meet all applicable codes and required design loads.
