Pursuant to the Authority Granted by Ncgs 136-28.1 (E), the North Carolina Department of Transportation is Requesting Bids for Emergency Cut and Shove Crews for The Removal of Storm Related Debris Located at Various Locations Within Division 4 in Edgecombe, Halifax, Johnston, Nash, Wayne And Wilson Counties. Any firm that wishes to bid on this Division Purchase Order Contract as prime contractor must be prequalified for the work codes 6000 - Disaster Debris Removal or 6010 - Cut and Shove.
