Fort Bend County MUD No. 275 will be required to be named on all bonds The project aims to match the existing Texas Heritage Parkway constructed further north. With the difference being no large median ditch in the center. Project is drained via storm sewer system. There will be 2 pedestrian tunnels with retaining walls at the roundabout and there will be a dual bridge system over Prairie Creek. Theres no existing traffic to deal with. There are no existing utilities to deal with, except for 1 high pressure pipeline crossing which weve already received Letter of No Objection. An adjacent project has been recently completed to fill this section of THP to the profile, so the road is already lifted to where it needs to be, except at the roundabout location which is all filled at the moment. Contractors are currently working to construct detention ponds and outfalls around the THP corridor. Unique feature is there are different profiles of northbound and southbound direction as part of the landscape architecture to provide viewing window of nearby detention ponds. Plans are awaiting final approval from FBC Engineering, we anticipate approval by March. At this time, no significant changes are anticipated. The opening of Section 1A is the priority of this project. 1A and 1B can be worked on concurrently, but emphasis is needed on 1A.
