Modernization of Existing Classrooms at Delta High School. Bids must conform to all bidding and Contract Documents. The successful bidder must have a valid and active Class B - General Contractor license at the time of bid submission and throughout the project duration. Contractors and Subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. The project is subject to the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act formal bidding procedures. The successful bidder must perform at least 15% of the work, exclusive of supervisory and clerical work, without Subcontractors, and must comply with all prevailing wage laws, regulations, and requirements.
