Renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Canyon, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; and municipal facility.

**As of March 4, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded March 24, 2026** Randall County is seeking proposals from qualified bidders for Construction Manager At Risk Services for the Randall County Justice Center Additions and Renovation. Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Randall County Purchasing Department before 2:00 pm, February 26, 2026. Proposals will be publicly opened to identify the name of each offeror submitting a response, with all other proposal elements kept confidential until the award. The contract will be awarded to the vendor who provides the most responsive proposal based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the request for proposal documents. The Randall County Commissioner's Court reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals. Payments will be made 30 days after receipt of invoice. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the project will be due 10 days before the project start date. Official solicitation documents will be published at www.beaconbid.com beginning January 22, 2026.
