The project consists of manufacturing, furnishing, and delivery of twelve (12) Substation Reclosers for the construction of improvements at the Dolarway substation in Ellensburg, Washington. Each bid proposal must be plainly marked and accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in a cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid proposal amount. The City of Ellensburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. The responsibility and competency of bidders and their subcontractors will be considered in making the award. All documents received in response to this invitation to bid will become a matter of public record subject to the Washington public disclosure act.
