Renovation of a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,250-square-foot educational facility; and laboratory facility.
6,250 SF multi-lab renovations in Razran Hall and Science Building. Trades include, but not limited to: Asbestos Abatement, Demolition, Masonry, Metal Fabrications, Spray-On Fireproofing, HM Doors/Frames/Hardware, Aluminum Windows, Carpentry, Resilient Flooring, Resinous Flooring, Painting, Visual Display, Signage, Wall Protection, A/V Equipment, Lab Equipment, Fume Hoods, Window Treatments, Metal Casework, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical/FA. Additional Notes: 1). Please review and include in your bid the insurance requirements contained in the "Files" tab and complete and return Accord 855 (pgs 2 & 3) PRIOR to the bid date. 2). All Bidders must review the terms and conditions of the project front end documents (posted online within specifications) before submitting a bid. Successful bidders must accept and execute the E.W. Howell subcontract as written. 3). E.W. Howell utilizes Textura Payment Management (TPM) for all projects and requires the subcontractor (and sub-tiers) to include the usage fee for TPM in their bid. Please include .0022 (.22%) of your overall bid number, but a maximum than $5,000.
